Sadguru Acrestry provides a complete end-to-end Power evacuation arrangement for a solar power plant which includes spare capacity calculation at the nearest substation, approval for bay allotment, set up of transformer and meter at the substation and plant manage end to end Land acquisition processes.
Achivements
We have acquired land of 250 acres and completed the project for Shahi Exports, Hinduja and Mahindra companies.
Residential - A major township project has been done in Hindupur of about 75 acres. We are benchmarking to make it a 100-acre layout. We have successfully completed a project of 25 acres in Yelahanka.

LANDIDENTIFICATION
Identify 3-4 suitable land parcel as per clients requirement Provide initial site analysis report which include details of access road to site, details of current owners, availability of evacuation and relevant permits. Conducting site visits for clients technical team. Visit to nearby Grid sub stations to verify availability of suitable bay and measure aerial distance of the land parcel from site Provide Solar Radiation data for each site Facilitate legal due diligence of the sites, this will involve obtaining revenue records of the land parcel for last 25 years To provide revenue map of the sites

LAND ACQUISITION
Identification of suitable land parcel based on Wind Resource Assessment(WRA), cost, optimal distance to nearest interconnection point.
